Hero Xoom launched in India, prices start from Rs 68,599
Hero MotoCorp's eagerly anticipated Xoom 110 scooter has finally been launched. It is marketed as a sportier version of the Maestro Edge 110, its sister. Three variations of the Hero Xoom 110 are offered: LX, VX, and ZX. Beginning on February 1, reservations for this scooter will be accepted at all Hero dealerships nationwide.
Hero Xoom variants:
Hero Xoom LX: Rs 68,599
Hero Xoom VX: Rs 71,799
Hero Xoom ZX: Rs 76,699
The 110.9 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled Fi engine that powers the brand-new 110 cc scooter is mated to a CVT and produces 8.05PS and 8.7 Nm of peak torque.
The design of the Honda Xoom is very angular. It has an X-shaped LED daytime running light and an all-LED headlight. Other aesthetic features include 12-inch alloy wheels, a completely digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connection, and more. The completely digital display may be Bluetooth-connected to the smartphone and displays a variety of data.
Cornering bending lights are included in the top-end ZX model. In order to offer more light in the direction of the turn, this makes sure that the cornering lights are automatically turned on when the rider leans to turn. The scooter's front apron is angular, and the turn indicators are hidden in the handlebar cowling. The scooter's taillight also has an X design. The top model has a front disc brake for braking.
The sporty Hero scooter takes on the likes of the Honda Dio and TVS Jupiter SmartXonnect variant.
